Rev. Earp previously served on staff at Presbyterian camps in NJ, LA, and elsewhere in VA, and served a yearlong chaplain residency at the UVA Medical Center. She holds a B.A. in Geography from the University of Mary Washington, an M.S. in Geography from Rutgers University, and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, VA.
