Smock 3-B Program

An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until April 6, 2020
A lifetime fitness class geared toward flexibility, balance, and strengthening of those muscles we use every day. All senior adults over 50 years old are invited and welcome. Come early and join the 1:00pm Walking Club. Classes are free and limited in size to 30. Call 426-7421, ext.131 to sign up.
