Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in theater production and direction, with a strong background in the performing arts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Vision: A commitment to integrating faith into the arts and a passion for using theater as a ministry tool.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Education: A degree in Theater Arts, Performing Arts, or a related field is preferred.
