In her own words…

It’s my joy to write this and share with you. After 2 years of break in Korea, I finally came back to the States in May. I made great memories with my family and friends over those 2 years at home. It was a long and great break after 5 years of life in Fort Wayne where I graduated from PFW and worked at First Pres. During those 2 years, I did marketing at an e-commerce company and traveled a lot with my family, including going to Taiwan with my mom which was one of the more memorable experiences my life.

I’ve been following God’s leading and was able to feel closer especially during this chaos. I’m thankful for God who created me and has plans for me. Also, I would like to say that I really appreciate the congregations who have supported and prayed for me, and I’m specifically thankful for the Personnel Committee and the Session.

I currently work as the Church Coordinator, and work alot with Tony, our Communication Manager, a lot and work on the Blueprint E-Newsletter, social media, and while Rev. An is on Sabbatical, I am the liaison between the Korean Language Ministry and the Church. If anyone has information that needs to be in the e-news, feel free to reach out to me at I’m working on the e-news writing about my-self at this moment..!!!

My favorite place at First Pres is our beautiful Chapel. I like sitting there and praying. When I was in Korea, I sometimes imagined I was back in our Chapel. I’m very pleased to be back and happy to see people at First Pres again. I’ve only been seeing a few people due to COVID-19 but I still remember everyone’s kind smiles and look forward to seeing you all in person one day! Hope your day is filled with blessings and hold on to hope!
